Hi, my name is Jelly Bean and I wanted to tell you that I am all settled in my new foster home. Mom calls me her little Jelly and sometimes her little Mexican Jumping Bean!! That’s because I have so much energy and I love to play. I have two fur sisters here, one is a cocker and the other is really big, they call her an English Mastiff. ( I had to get up on the bed to be able to meet her nose to nose and I wasn’t afraid or anything.) I love to play with them and my foster mom and dad.
Everyone thinks I am a puppy because I am so tiny, but I am really all grown up. I only weigh about 14lbs! I’m just a tiny bundle of joy, mom says.
I love to play with toys and I have a new tennis ball. Dad says I am really smart because I learned to play fetch so fast. I really love to run and play in the grass and I always come running when mom and dad call me and then we play some more.
You should know that I like everyone I meet and I don’t even chase squirrels or birds. We don’t know about cats, but I bet I will like them, too. Also I have very nice manners and I share my food and toys without fussing.
Sometimes I have to stay in my kennel. At first I didn’t like it, but now I don’t mind at all. Mostly I like to spend my time with my friends, though, and I especially like sleeping on the bed with everyone else. Mom says that if you want to know all of the other wonderful things about me then you should send in your adoption application. You could even come and visit me because as soon as this heart worm thing is over, then I could be your little Jelly.
Jelly Bean will be ready for her new home around the end of April, but don't wait till then to apply to make her yours. This smart, tiny firecracker will have a new home FAST!
