Monique

Are you looking for a female cocker puppy?? One that is totally gorgeous and full of life. You’ve found her!! Monique is about 9-10 mos old, weighs 17 lbs, and will get a little bigger. She has longer legs and that sleek puppy body. Monique is a red sable with some off white fur and freckles on her nose and off white fur down her neck. She is very sweet, loves attention and is not afraid.

She loves to chase a tennis ball and will chew on other dog toys. Or she’ll also find your things to chew on occasionally, so keep in mind, Monique’s a puppy. She plays with other dogs, although sometimes she can play too rough. We don’t know about the background of most of the dogs we get, Monique must have come from a background with a bigger dog that she played rough with. She doesn’t know that she’s playing too rough.

She and Woofie played extremely well together and would fly around the backyard, a beautiful sight to see. Sadly for Monique her buddy Woofie has found his forever family. So she’s looking for a new playmate, another dog who is a little bigger and a little older, and not an alpha dog. We think that a male would be best for her. Or, she would also be happy as an only dog. She really loves the attention of her family. She loves to sleep in the big bed right next to her foster mom. Monique is a very smart girl – she learned to sit for treats in one day. She would do extremely well in puppy training classes, and that would be recommended for her (as well as all of our dogs) She also bonds pretty much immediately – she wants her forever family to come along soon.
