Cocker Rescue will take owner releases when we can and depending upon availble foster homes. You will need to FIRST contact us at DFWCSR@comcast.net with the following information:details of dog, age, color, sex, neutered/spayed, up to date on shots, heartworm meds, is it housetrained, friendly with other dogs, ever bitten and explain if so.

IF we feel we can perhaps fit your Cocker into our program, we will then require owners to fill out and send to us an Owner Release form. We will require a $50 donation to help us with the various costs and so that we can continue our work helping to place these fur-kids in forever homes.
